Premium Subscription

Elgnis offers an auto-renewable premium subscription with the following terms:

• Subscription Name: Elgnis Premium
• Duration: Monthly (renews automatically every month)
• Price: Pricing varies by region and is displayed in the app before purchase
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Premium Features

Premium subscription includes:

• Access to premium emoji collection
• Priority matchmaking with faster processing
• Extended search range for more matches
• Checkout feature

Safety and Responsibility

Elgnis provides information about nearby venues and potential connections, but we do not verify users or venues and we are not responsible for user conduct or safety. You are solely responsible for your decisions and interactions, including who, where and how you choose to meet. Elgnis only shows you where you may have the chance to meet someone; the rest is up to you. Always use common sense, meet in public places, and trust your instincts.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Elgnis app and purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or purchase a subscription.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
